Rinderle Door: Delivering Exceptional Service Since 1983

Rinderle Door has been a Family Business Center member since 2016 and we thank them for the years of family business knowledge they are able to bring to all of our programs.
People can find their calling in anything. If you need proof of that, just look to Rick Rinderle. In 1983, Rick was doing subcontracting door work when he decided he would rather run the business himself. Along with his wife Marlene, the Rinderles took out a loan, bought a van, and started the Rinderle Door Company out of their home.
Ever since then, Rinderle Door has been a family business through-and-through. Marlene is president and handles everything from business financials to strategic planning. Rick is still actively involved as well, serving as the company’s vice president and overseeing all aspects of the business.
Additionally, two of Rick and Marlene’s sons have also joined the company. Jeff handles operations, sales, marketing and business development, while Brian manages the Rinderle Door field service team and also helps with talent development.
While employees have come and gone and the organization has grown, one aspect of the business that has remained constant since 1983 is the exceptional service that Rinderle Door provides its customers. As the company continues to evolve, it is a guarantee that they will continue to put their customers’ time and happiness above all else.
