This interactive, virtual workshop will highlight the challenges and opportunities of taking on a leadership role in a family business. Designed for NextGen leaders, we will discuss the impact of family business's history on your own ability to develop credibility as a visible leader. Current Generation/Owners/Parents may find this presentation helpful in providing ways to gain a better understanding of how to engage and support your Nextgen in their career and leadership development in the family business.
Panelists Tim Haag (State Collection Service), Trevor Wuethrich (Grassland Dairy) and Naomi Kroth (Bachmann Construction) will share their experience and lessons learned.
