Join Emotional Intelligence Coach, Kevin Bowser, as he makes the case for using Emotional Intelligence (E.I.) to build your organization into a more successful and more profitable enterprise. He will also demonstrate how E.I. can help you navigate today’s climate of chaos and uncertainty as entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Research has demonstrated that training leaders and managers in Emotional Intelligence is both possible and is able to bring about significant bottom line effects. And the return on investment goes beyond job performance. A study of Swedish workers* showed that transformational managerial behaviors was significantly associated with lower cardiac risk and employees who perceived that their supervisors treated them fairly had 30% lower coronary heart disease incidents. Now, there is an important return for Emotional Intelligence training!
