Finding one's path, purpose, and identity within a family business can be both rewarding and challenging. Self and family discovery can open opportunities for a more fulfilling future, and better outcomes for family and business.

This program will help family members navigate the complexities of being part of a family enterprise, with a focus on how each generation can best support the roles individuals play now and into the future.

By identifying unique strengths and skills, exploring opportunities within or outside the business, examining the influence of the senior generation, and learning from real-world experiences, senior and next generation participants alike will be better equipped to make impactful contributions and shape the future of their family business with confidence and authenticity.
