Of all of the lessons we have learned from COVID-19, one lesson that stands out is how much we need human connection. People need to interact face to face. Social connections are a powerful component in our lives as they play a vital role in our sense of belonging. Humans are born wired for connection - it’s in our DNA, as strong a need as food, water, and warmth. Keynote speaker Mark Scharenbroich will share his message on the relationship side of business based on his award-winning book, Nice Bike - Making Meaningful Connections on the Road of Life. Mark has spent his career working in both industry and education discovering how some of the best organizations and team leaders build a culture that encourages people to perform at a higher level through greater engagement.

Attendees will receive a copy of Mark’s book Nice Bike.
