Christine Specht shares the story of Cousins Subs as the brand celebrates 50 years in business. As the daughter of one of the founders, Christine grew up with Cousins Subs and in 2015 assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer following her father's retirement. In this role, she successfully brought new life to a legacy brand by leading a series of system changes, including a largescale rebranding strategy, implementation of grills in all restaurants, and inclusion of the brand’s Midwest heritage with signature local products throughout its menu. Today, Christine serves as CEO and uses her passion for the brand to ensure the Cousins Subs legacy continues to thrive, while also cultivating a top-notch cultural atmosphere and continued commitment to local communities.
The keynote presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on culture featuring FBC Members Kwik Trip, Standard Process and Hausmann Group. The panel will be moderated by Steve King, Center for Professional and Executive Development Instructor.
